Summary:
The Operations Specialist role at In Touch is to complete work orders and other assigned work in relation to building maintenance and repairs. Minor HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical are the primary areas this position is responsible for.

Duties and Responsibilities:
An operations specialist at In Touch will have daily work orders assigned that include but are not limited to:

Preventative maintenance, minor electrical repair, minor plumbing repair, construction, demolition, furniture moving and requests from employees. We work together to create a clean, comfortable and reliable building because all ITM employees and guest deserve an exceptional facility experience. Problem solving, and flexibility will be a critical part of success in this role. Ongoing training in leadership and maintenance skills will be required in this role.
